It’s not clear yet how serious the Giants are about Horn, who many thought was done after catching just 27 passes for 243 yards in Atlanta last year. This could just be a “kick the tires” visit, which Giants GM Jerry Reese does very often with available free agents.
Then again, after the Giants’ offense produced just 13 points in the last two games, and with the Giants on their first two-game losing streak since Sept., 2007, I wouldn’t rule anything out.
